Skincare, Laser & PRP Bookings Page

Book a Consultation with a Dermal Clinician or Cosmetic Nurse
Schedule a consultation for assessment and discussion of your concerns, whether related to a specific mild skin problem or a treatment you are considering. All cosmetic and laser treatments require a consultation before proceeding. During this visit we will take clinical photos, explain the treatment process, and obtain your informed consent. Please note that treatments are not performed on the same day as your consultation.

All consultations booked through this page are carried out by either a cosmetic nurse or a dermal clinician. If your concern relates to a dermatological ailment, or a specific lesion such as a dark spot or pigmentation concern, you will first need to see one of our dermatologists or skin GPs. If you are seeking a consultation with a dermatologist or skin doctor, please return to the General Enquiry page and select the appropriate option there.

A cosmetic physician consultation involves a detailed discussion and professional assessment of your concerns and aesthetic goals. The doctor will review your medical history, examine your skin and facial features, and advise on the most appropriate and safe treatment options. This appointment focuses on education, planning, and ensuring suitability before any procedure is undertaken.

Treatments are not performed during the consultation. A separate appointment will be arranged if you choose to proceed with a recommended treatment once informed consent and preparation have been completed.

Chemical Peels
Chemical peels use topical solutions to improve skin appearance by targeting concerns such as fine lines, wrinkles, acne scarring, sun damage, pigmentation, uneven tone, and texture. Types of peels range by depth (superficial, medium) using agents like glycolic, salicylic, mandelic, lactic acids or TCA. All peels begin with a consultation to assess suitability and skin goals. After the peel you may experience redness, stinging, peeling or flaking for hours to up to a week depending on the peel strength. LED light therapy is offered post-treatment to reduce inflammation and aid skin rejuvenation.

Book this procedure only if you have already had a cosmetic consultation.

LED Light Therapy is a gentle non-invasive treatment using Light-Emitting Diodes to help your skin heal, rejuvenate and glow naturally. It works by emitting specific wavelengths of light that penetrate various skin layers to reduce inflammation, improve texture and tone, promote collagen production, and assist with acne and sun damage.

The session lasts about 10-30 minutes after cleansing and protecting the eyes. While a warming sensation may be felt during treatment, there is no downtime and you can resume normal activities immediately afterwards. Mild redness is possible but tends to fade within hours.

We use the Healite II device (for red and near-infrared light) and blue light via our Hydrafacial Elite MD system where required.

A Cosmetic Consultation is not required to book a LED treatment.

A precise medical procedure that uses a fine needle tip linked with an electrical current to remove small skin lesions. Commonly used to treat skin tags, milia, acne comedones (whiteheads and blackheads), sebaceous hyperplasia, and similar imperfections.

The treatment is localised, preserving surrounding skin, with minimal bleeding. After the procedure you may experience redness, swelling and scabbing for a few days up to a week.

Book this procedure only if you have already had a cosmetic consultation.

A We use the Cutera Excel-V device to target abnormal blood vessels beneath the skin surface. This laser treats conditions such as rosacea, persistent facial redness, broken or spider capillaries, port wine stains, sun-damaged vasculature and redness from blood vessels.

After cleansing the area and protecting the eyes, the laser light is applied, which feels like light snapping or flicking on the skin with cooling to reduce discomfort. Treated vessels collapse and are gradually absorbed by the body.

Immediately after treatment there may be redness and swelling, which usually lasts two to seven days depending on severity.

All Vascular Laser services are performed by a Registered Nurse or Dermal Clinician.

This laser treatment can only be booked after cosmetic consultation is performed to determine suitability and develop a treatment plan. Please only use the booking buttons below if you have had a consultation.

Laser Genesis is a gentle, non-invasive laser therapy that rejuvenates skin by stimulating collagen, evening out skin tone, reducing redness (including rosacea), and softening fine lines and wrinkles.

The treatment uses micro-pulses of laser energy to heat the upper and middle layers of the skin which encourages natural repair without damaging the surface.

Most people feel only a mild warming or tingling during treatment, and there is minimal downtime. Slight redness may occur but usually subsides within an hour.

Suitable for all skin colours and types and useful for concerns like red acne scars, enlarged pores, uneven texture, mild pigmentation, chronic redness or flushing.

This is a non-invasive laser treatment using short pulses of light to target and reduce pigmentation issues such as sunspots, age spots, freckles, melasma and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.

During treatment the area is cleaned, protective eyewear is applied, and the laser is used to break down pigment particles which are then naturally cleared by the body.

You may feel a snapping or flicking sensation during treatment, similar to a rubber band impact, especially for sunspots. After treatment mild redness, swelling, possible flaking or superficial scabbing can occur, which tends to resolve over days.  Pre- and post-treatment care (including avoiding sun exposure and tanning) are important.

A consultation with a dermatologist is required first to ensure suitability, especially to rule out skin cancer, and to discuss expectations. Use this booking button only once you have seen a dermatologist.

Fractional CO₂ laser resurfacing is a medical procedure that removes microscopic columns of skin, creating controlled injury so the skin’s healing process can stimulate collagen production and regenerate healthy tissue.

It improves fine lines and wrinkles, sun damage, uneven texture, acne scars and other signs of ageing.

Before treatment, the skin is cleansed and topical or local anaesthetic may be used. During treatment, laser pulses ablate surface skin layers to trigger renewal.

Afterwards swelling, redness, pinpoint bleeding or fluid exudate may occur. Healing time varies—from about 2 up to 14 days depending on intensity of treatment.

The procedure usually takes ~1 to 1½ hours depending on area treated.

This laser treatment is performed by our nurses or dermal therapists. It can only be booked after cosmetic consultation is performed to determine suitability and develop a treatment plan. Please only use the booking button if you have had a consultation.

Dermapen Microneedling uses a motorised pen with ultra-fine needles to make microscopic punctures in the skin. This stimulates your skin’s natural healing, increasing collagen and elastin to improve texture, reduce fine lines, scars (including acne or stretch marks), and even out tone.

RF Microneedling adds radiofrequency (heat) delivered beneath the skin through microneedles, providing deeper stimulation. It is especially useful for skin laxity, more pronounced scarring, or when higher tightening and rejuvenation effects are desired. The controlled heat helps remodel deeper tissue and enhances results beyond what microneedling alone often achieves.

Book this procedure only if you have already had a cosmetic consultation.

Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy uses your own blood to help stimulate hair growth and improve scalp health. It is a consider an option for those in the early stages of hair loss or wanting to augment results from other medical or topical treatments.

During treatment we draw your blood then process it to concentrate platelets and growth factors. These are injected directly into areas of hair thinning.

You may feel discomfort during injections. After treatment, the scalp can be tender or swollen for hours to a few days. Treatment sessions take about one hour including blood draw and injection.

A course of at least three treatments spaced one month apart is typical, followed by maintenance sessions every 3-6 months. Results begin to appear around 3 months, more noticeable by 6 months.

This is a rejuvenation treatment combining microneedling with platelet-rich plasma (PRP) derived from your own blood to enhance natural healing and stimulate collagen and elastin.

It helps with improving skin texture and tone, reducing fine lines and wrinkles, softening acne scarring, and brightening overall appearance.

During treatment we draw your blood, process it to extract PRP, cleanse and prep your skin, then perform microneedling and apply the PRP into the micro-channels.

Afterwards you can expect redness or pinkness for 24-72 hours. Some swelling or mild irritation is also common.

Treatment takes about 1.5 hours including blood draw, numbing and the procedure.
