Before Your Visit for Cosmetic Appointments

Before your appointment, it is essential that you complete your cosmetic registration form.  This form will be sent to you at the time of confirming your appointment.  This form allows us to gather information about your skin, including previous skin conditions and treatments, as well as any allergies, skin care creams or products  you are currently using or medications you are currently taking. This information will help our cosmetic practitioners to better understand your skin concerns and provide the most appropriate treatment plan to help you achieve your skin goals.  It is important that we receive this form prior to your appointment to ensure your consultation runs smoothly.

Preparing for your Appointment

Upon appointment confirmation, expect an email with a registration form.

Complete the form with accurate medical history details before your appointment.

Submit the form to us ahead of your appointment for a smooth consultation.

Arrive on time and be ready to discuss the one specific skin concern during your consultation.

Your consultation

We advise patients to arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to appointment time to ensure all relevant documentation has been filled out appropriately  prior to the commencement of the appointment. We also request that you arrive with your skin free of makeup and other products. Upon arrival at our clinic, you will be greeted by our friendly reception staff who will confirm your details as per your registration form that has been completed prior to your consultation. Once completed, you will be guided to the cosmetic waiting room where your cosmetic practitioner will greet you.

Based on your booking, your cosmetic practitioner will either be a registered nurse or dermal clinician.

Your cosmetic practitioner will begin the consultation by discussing your skin concerns, what your goals are and what you are seeking to achieve for your skin. Your cosmetic practitioner will then cleanse the skin to ensure any residual skin products, oil, dirt, debris and makeup are cleansed from the skin. Once the skin has been cleansed, using our Vectra photography system, a comprehensive 3D  image will be taken of the face.

To make the most of your appointment and help our cosmetic practitioners provide you with the essential knowledge and information, we would highly appreciate if you could please follow these guidelines;

  • Arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure that all documentation is completed and that you are on time to your appointment.
  • Ensure your skin is free from makeup, sunscreen and skin care products prior to your appointment.
  • Bring any relevant questions that you may have regarding your skin or skin care concerns.
  • Minimise sun exposure as much as possible prior to consultation.

Failing to do so will result in a $50 Failure to Attend / Late Cancellation Fee. Patients who have been unable to attend due to illness require to present a medical certificate or a statutory declaration form to avoid failure to attend or cancellation fees. Patients with a history of repeatedly missing appointments may be contacted to discuss their future care at our clinic. The policy aims to ensure efficient operation, reduce waiting times, and maintain high standards of patient care.
