The high molecular weight protects the skin, restoring and preserving the integrity of the hydro-lipid film. The low molecular weight helps to maintain optimal skin hydration, thanks to its particular hydrophilic characteristics.
Profhilo Cream slows down the degradation of hyaluronic acid, caused by free radicals, and thus prolongs its beneficial action on the skin. It acts as a screen for free radicals, which cause oxidative stress and premature cellular senescence (Salvia haenkei acts as a gero-suppressant, reducing cellular senescence by 50%).
