Dr Emma Mooney is a Fellow of the Australasian College of Dermatologists. Emma completed her dermatology training in Victoria and Tasmania including The Alfred Hospital, The Royal Melbourne Hospital, The Royal Hobart Hospital and the Skin and Cancer Foundation of Victoria.
Emma was awarded the Adrian Johnson Prize for best paper published in the Australian Journal of Dermatology by a college trainee and is undertaking a Masters of Public Health and Tropical Medicine.
Emma has a range of interests including women’s and children’s dermatology, hair loss, acne, rosacea, inflammatory skin disorders and skin cancer diagnosis and management.
Emma undertakes rural clinics in Bright during the year in addition to working in the public sector. She holds a public hospital appointment at Sunshine Hospital, where she is involved in a monthly paediatric dermatology clinic.
